Edit Page Not Loading Correctly on v0.30.0 #1861

Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

Since upgrading to v0.30.0 I found the edit page is displaying all of the boxes and not allowing me to interact correctly with them.
I didn't post this right away since my database didn't properly update, but it doesn't seem like this would be database related? I'm running PHP v7.3 and Apache 2.4.43. I'm plan on trying a fresh install unless anyone has any ideas on what could have gone wrong?
The add comment button also is no longer responsive...

After doing a clean install I realized my likely issue. I am installing on a shared host and had to change two lines in index.php for my installation. When I upgraded I imagine this file was likely replaced and I forgot to go back and update it again. Doing a clean install of v0.30.0 eliminated this display issue.
