I'm running on Android with SwiftKey keyboard and the Chrome browser. The problem is that it's pretty difficult to edit any pages on the mobile view. There is no way to scroll down the page and the keyboard takes up the view of where the textbox is.

This is of course not an issue in well-designed mobile interfaces (I'm writing this github comment on the same device).

Compare with github where you can easily scroll down to edit the text while scrolling up to edit any of the Wysiwyg buttons.

I would have thought this is a CSS issue, where there is a command that allows vertical scrolling.
