Describe the bug
It seems that issue #1921 is still hapening. I've just upgraded from v0.27.5 to v0.28.3 and get the same error.
I did a composer install running PHP 7.4.2

Steps To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Get latest release branch
  2. Do a composer install
  3. Visit BookStack url
  4. See error

The login page should show

Delete Branch "%!s()"

Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?
