Would like to see the book first page as full cover image, so we can use the pdf in Amazon kindle and other books platforms.

Describe the benefits this feature would bring to BookStack users
this will make books more easier to the marketers

+1 for Full page Cover, would also nice to be able to have a title page sans image for Chapters on export to help break things up and for printing into binders and such.

Would also be nice to be able to set additional things for PDF export, specifically:

Disable Update and Creation Date info
Header/Footer Content, maybe Org name or your own version info etc
