Describe the bug
It is failed when External Authentication IDs use Chinese (LDAP)

So, LDAP group sync works failed

Expected behavior
External Authentication IDs can support Chinese

Exact BookStack Version (Found in settings): v0.27.5
PHP Version: 7.x
Hosting Method (Nginx/Apache/Docker): Docker
