Describe the feature you'd like
Link user profiles to an activity feed of all their actions, and only their actions. This way at a glance the admin can see what they have done and identify problematic patterns of behaviour.

Describe the benefits this feature would bring to BookStack users
It would allow admins to more easily identify spam accounts to determine whether the account had ever been used to change content at all, and if it had, if the changes were malicious / spammy, or constructive. In some cases the behaviour may be a mix of both, making an over of activity useful to see not only the most recent, but all the user's behaviour.

Thanks for the suggestion @samtuke.

At some point I'd like to have an audit log view for admins. A link on the profile page could be visible to admins which leads to the audit log with filters set for that specific user.
