Delete Branch "%!s()"
Deleting a branch is permanent. Although the deleted branch may continue to exist for a short time before it actually gets removed, it CANNOT be undone in most cases. Continue?

As reported by @armouredking in #1230.
Need to ensure visibility permissions are set to that user or the current user if they have permission to manage-users globally.

Profile images are now selected directly therefore this is no longer an issue.
