Add the ability to email the link directly from a page/book/shelf.

Saves the person from having to copy the link into a mail client when wanting to share a page/book/shelf.

Maybe "Share Page" would be more flexible and appropriate.....

So if someone adds a link to a page it should be possible to hover it and then choose share via email ?
