Description

Updates OpenAPI docs to elaborate more on how the SDK is generated and how it should be changed. I was confused by the mention of immich-openapi-specs.json in the PR checklist and didn't realize it was supposed to be changed programmatically through the use of NestJS decorators. This additional context can help point new contributors in the right direction.
