It was solved in #2597. You can fix this by uploading any assets to your instance.

Where did you upload from? You can also create a folder called library in your immich-data directory.

Anyhow we are pushing out a release to address this issue

The image that you uploaded before might be during the state of the server was bad. Uploading new images should work
