immich-server does not start when upgrade is performed when in maintenance mode #8324

The bug

Hi there,

I had switched to maintenance mode before upgrading to 2.5.0. After the upgrade immich-server tried to get up, but crashes with an error related to the maintenance mode. Unfortunately, I cannot find this error anymore in the logs 🤦🏽 .

I just ran docker exec -it immich_server immich-admin disable-maintenance-mode while the server was briefly up and running and was able to workaround this issue.
