The bug

Because the hard drive broke down, I copied the contents of the immich folder to a new hard drive, then downloaded the docker file, ran the command "docker compose up -d", and found that immich-server keeps restarting. The error message is as follows. I don't know how to solve it. I need support. My hundreds of gigabytes of photos are in there. Please help.
