The bug

In the User Management page, current mobile devices are being labeled as "unknown" under Authorized Devices. This is happening for 4 out of 5 users, affecting both iOS and Galaxy devices. Interestingly, older devices and browser logins are still showing up normally.

Separately, I found that date formats don't change even after switching the language to English, likely because they are tied to the device or browser's regional settings.
