The bug

Hello Immich Team,

First of all, I want to say a huge thank you for creating Immich. It's a fantastic project! As someone who values privacy and self-hosting, having a powerful, modern, and user-friendly alternative to Google Photos that I can run on my own server is incredible. The constant development and attentive community support make it truly outstanding.

I configured Immich to use Yandex as the reverse geocoding provider to get accurate addresses for locations in Russia and the Moscow region. The API connection itself is successful—coordinates are sent, and Yandex returns a correct response. However, the addresses that appear in the Immich web interface for selection are in English, not Russian.

Expected Result: When searching or selecting a location on the map in the "Manage Locations" section, addresses should be displayed in the local language (Russian), e.g., "Россия, Москва, проезд Воскресенские Ворота".

Actual Result: The suggested addresses are in English, e.g., "Moscow, Moscow", "Moskva, Khatlon Province", etc. (See Screenshot below).
