The bug

Currently: right top
Proposed: right bottom (or adjustable in settings)
Reasoning: The current notification placement covers buttons and prevents quick execution of various actions (e.g., deleting a photo and then deleting the album). You have to close the notification first, which is unnecessarily annoying.
