The bug

The tooltip that appears when clicking "export admin settings to JSON" is obfusecataed by the left menu bar and server version information (see photo)

Seems to be an issue with the toast manager in combination with the sidebar @jrasm91

Could you check if this is fixed in your env?

I cannot reproduce it on v2.4.1 in Firefox and Chrome: the popup/tooltip appears on top of the server info section, it is not obscured.
