Unable to configure email notification using SMTPS #7490

The bug

There is currently no way to configure the use of SMTP over TLS for email notifications, only STARTTLS.

My provider, fastmail.com allows the use of app passwords to use their SMTP service, but it only works over SMTPS, making Immich unable to send mails.

There should be an option in the admin panel to enable "secure" mode when configuring the email SMTP transport.
