(beta) Memories is back on in android version 1.139.2 even when disabled in settings after upgrading from 1.138.1

Reproduction steps

  1. upgrade server and android mobile app from 1.138.1
  2. open android app
  3. see memories feature again in top of app even when that it only thing changed
  4. check memories feature activation i profile settings on web interface
  5. feature is still disabled in web
    ...
