The bug

On iOS mobile app (beta timeline), when playing a video in a landscape mode on a smaller device (13 mini here, not sure if larger devices are affected), the large toolbar on the bottom (takes almost 50% of the screen height) overlaps the Play / Pause button and prevents it from being tapped in the playback area.

The only workaround seems to be to tap on the sides to make the toolbar go away but this is also not reliable.

This is still an issue. The best workaround for now is to turn on "read-only" mode as this reduces the playback bar to more sane proportions and therefore doesn't block the play button.
