I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

From the UI I cannot create an API Key since after adding and API name and changing the permission the following message keep appearing:

''Your permissions shouldn't be empty''

I have selected different permission levels but the error keep appearing.
