[beta] Album order "Most recent photo" does not work #6504

The bug

When using "Most recent photo" as album sort order, albums are not ordered by the photos' "taken" date, but by the date the photo was added to Immich.
In the old timeline and on the web it works perfectly.

There is a related bug in the beta , which I'm not sure if it's the same bug as this one. If the user selects to sort albums by Name, the setting isn't permanent. If user goes back to timeline and then back to albums they will be sorted by date again, instead of name.
User has to sort by name every time.

@bwees does your PR address this too?
