The bug

When a slideshow is running (photo, video or mixed) pressing the ESC key to exit fullscreen ends the slideshow. Previously the program would exit fullscreen and the slideshow would continue to run in a browser window.

  1. Click on Photos
  2. Select a photo
  3. Click on the 3 button ellipsis menu
  4. Select slideshow
  5. Press the ESC key after slideshow starts

Also happens through Albums-->Selected Album-->Slideshow-->ESC

This behavior for slideshows has changed, but the new implementation is by design. See #19247 for more details.
