I have searched the existing issues, both open and closed, to make sure this is not a duplicate report.

The bug

When i go onto the settings page, I cannot open any of the dropdowns e.g "Features", "Account". Sometimes when I press it I see it for a fraction of a second and then it disappears. In the URL it appears that it is appending something like "?isOpen=feature" then disappearing again, and when I do actually go to this, I can see the dropdown in question.

I use Firefox Dev Edition. I am accessing it at http://100.107.70.74:2283/user-settings. I have just noticed that accessing it on 192.168.20.198 instead of the tailscale ip allows me to open the settings panels. I would assume this issue would be to do with accessing it via tailscale, and immich not recognising the ip it's being accessed on or something like that.

This feature generally works well in both local and reverse proxy setups. Since it works with local IP we will close the Issue as it’s likely not under immich control. Immich does not really know/care what IP it is on.
