The bug

I have a RaspberryPi 4 with 8gb of ram. I installed docker correctly and downloaded the docker-compose.yml and .env files from your website. I changed the postgres password on .env file and I execute docker compose up -d. This is what I get

Your kernel is kind of weird. Usually you'd have arm64, which we have. Can you show the output of uname -a?
