Reproduction steps

Using Firefox 138.0.4 on Linux. Immich runs on a Raspberry Pi 4 with 4 GB of RAM. Web server is HTTP only

To reproduce:

  1. Select some pictures
  2. Click Share icon
  3. Do not fill in anything and directly click 'Create link'
  4. Popup with QR code appears. Click icon to copy link
  5. Error is shown that sharing cannot be done over HTTP
  6. Close popup
  7. Web page is now unresponsive and needs to be refreshed
