Describe the bug
When the device (iPhone in my case) is set to Dark mode but the app is set to Light mode the status bar (battery, wifi, clock etc) is almost invisible on the photo-grid screen.

Task List

  • I have read thoroughly the README setup and installation instructions.
  • I have included my docker-compose file.
  • I have included my redacted .env file.
  • I have included information on my machine, and environment.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour:

  1. Set the device to dark mode
  2. Open immich app
  3. Go to settings
  4. Turn off follow system setting
  5. Turn off dark mode
  6. Close app
  7. Open app again

Now the status bar is almost invisible on the photo-grid screen, until opening the settings in the app again.

Expected behaviour
When the app is set to light mode the status bar should be dark on all screens.
