The bug

The app is basically unusable on this phone, doing virtually anything on the app, apart from backing up photos, will cause it to get OOM killed by the phone. Scrolling is laggy, opening the map and zooming into hot spots OOMs, most photos on the timeline do not load, clicking on a photo will load but only some times even if they are on-device, etc. The performance on this phone is abysmal and I feel like I'm walking through a mine field as anything you do on the app or will get it OOM killed.

I have tested it on another phone (Pixel 9 Pro XL) with the same account and there are no issues there stated here.

Backing up, although a bit laggy, works OK and is what I use the app for anyway.
