Panorama photo on iOS 16 is crashing the app #5842

The bug

On iOS 16 (iPhone SE 2020) I can't view the photos which a made on the same device.
Actually it shows the panorama photo for a second or even less and then the photo disappers and a broken image icons appears (rectangle with a diagnoal line).
If I close it and open it again, the app is closing itself (crashing), sometimes it happens also at the first time and if I just wait.
If I open another photo and swiping the the panorama photo, it's crashing immediately.

I've tested with same account with an iPhone 13 (iOS 17), it's working fine.

In the logs I see this error:

MESSAGE
Error precaching next image: Exception: Could not allocate intermediate for image decompression.,
