The bug

When using the gallery backup feature on the android app, it seems to upload all of the images, but when it gets to the last one the bar gets stuck at 100% and the uploaded images never show up in immich.

no log messages seem to be generated because of this (i checked verbose on the server and info on the mobile app)

Ubuntu 24.04.2 Proxmox Container

Version of Immich Server

1.131.3

Version of Immich Mobile App

Reproduction steps

  1. On the mobile app, select an album to back up
  2. start the backup, wait for the last item to finish uploading
  3. if the bug is present, the progress bug will be stuck at 100% and the uploaded images will not be in the gallery
    ...

Relevant log output

Additional information

I have tried reinstalling the mobile app as well as using a fresh immich server.

on the fresh server, out of ~500 of my photos only ~25 of them actually backed up.

similar issues exist in the bug tracker, but it seems all of them are caused by cloudflare. i am running behind a reverse proxy, but it is a local nginx proxy, and the issue also persists when bypassing the proxy

CF Tunnel has been blocking files 100MB or higher since yesterday AFAIK.
