Describe the bug
Duplicate views can be loaded on Android if the element is tapped more than once. This occurs with the backup button, new album, and things.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to Library
  2. Double tap on New Album quickly
  3. Two instance of Create Album are opened

Expected behavior
Elements should block repeated attempts so only one view is opened.

  • Server Version: 1.40.0
  • Mobile App Version: 1.40.0 build 63

Delete Branch "%!s()"
