The bug

When trying to change profile picture for a person under the people section i get the error: Profile pictures cannot have transparent pixels. Please zoom in and/or move the image.
The error occurs even if the are no visible transparent pixels (tried zooming all the way in on a picture and still get the same error)

I have tried pictures with different file formats (jpg, jpeg, heic) and different browser both on desktop and on phone.
Same error on all discovered people.

maybe related to #15812 ?
