The bug

When selecting individual images to upload from the mobile, the upload status notification does not provide details for the assets not uploaded.

Observation:
Multiple images with crossed out cloud selected (ex: 104) and upload button pressed

Upload notification pop-ups and lists significantly less photos (ex: 4) or doesn't pop-up at all.

Likely Explanation:
I'm assuming the disconnect in the count is driving by the method the app determines which assets need uploading and there must be an inherit difference between what is used for the upload algorithm and the cloud icon algorithm
