The bug

So there seems to be an issue with the setting to Upload only in Wifi.
If connected using VPN on mobile data it's uploading images on it's own.

That might be a bigger issue on vacation or wherever you've got only limited data

It's uploading on mobile data, so I think it's a bug noch a feature...
