The bug

Despite me having put my time locale to united kingdom, editing the time still requests the time in the mm/dd/yyyy, instead of using dd/mm/yyyy.

As you can imagine, this is a severely annoying bug and leads to confusion.
My suggestion is to switch it to yyyy/mm/dd instead, for minimal work.
