The bug

Hello, I have noted the following behavior when uploading images as public user to a shared album. When the owner of the album deletes the image, the image is removed but not visible in the recycle bin. If one tries to upload it again, the duplicate detection notifies that the image was already uploaded. If the empty appearing recycle bin is emptied, the image can be uploaded again (= was effectively deleted from the storage location by emptying the recycle bin).

When the owner chooses the option "remove from album", the image is also removed but not moved to trash. It only reappears once the same image is again "uploaded" by the public user, which triggers a duplicate warning. So it is still existing in its storage location but becomes only visible again once re-uploaded.

1. Upload an image as public user to a shared album
2. Delete the image as owner of the shared album

This is working as intended. Removing an asset from an album is not the same as deleting it entirely, which can also be done independently.
