This means the two file are probably duplicated (i.e a copy of an existing images). This PR @595 will added duplicated file to the "uploaded" category so that it won't show up anymore

What about an uploading log in the android app or server side so it will be possible to check what was uploaded or not and why?

If you monitor the database log, you will probably see it when you initiate the upload process
