The bug

The link in the image viewer that lets you navigate left partially covers up the thumbnails in the bottom left when viewing stacked images, causing you to navigate to a different image when clicking on one of the stacked image thumbnails.

Orange is margin of the link. As you can see, attempting to click on the top-half of the left thumbnail of the stack will cause you to switch images.

Reproduction steps

1. Add an external library with at least two images
2. Once the images are added to Photos, navigate to Photos
3. Select the two images by checking the checkmark in the top left corner of the thumbnails
4. Click the triple dots on the top bar
5. Select Stack
6. Refresh the page (because of #8538)
7. Click on the single stacked image to view the image viewer
8. Click on the top half (or less) of the left thumbnail image in the stack viewer in the bottom left
