Motion photo video extension is .jpg in archive downloads #2825

The bug

When downloading an archive that includes motion photos, two assets per motion photo are added to the archive.

The file extension of the video is jpg.

To be consistent with the single file download, it should be mp4 (or something similar)

PXL_20240407_130345095.MP+1.jpg       <---- is a video file
PXL_20240407_130345095.MP.jpg

The OS that Immich Server is running on

2. Download that photo in an archive
3. The video part has `jpg` extension
