The bug

I want to exclude all .MOV files.
Here is my folder contents:

enquestor@fedora:~/Downloads$ ls -al
total 6704
drwxr-xr-x. 1 enquestor enquestor      30 Apr  8 02:20 .
drwx------. 1 enquestor enquestor     586 Apr  8 02:10 ..
-rw-r--r--. 1 enquestor enquestor 6862067 Feb 25  2023 BC_IMG_0444.MOV

When I try to upload the current folder, it ignores the file correctly:

enquestor@fedora:~/Downloads$ immich upload --ignore **/*.MOV ./
Crawling for assets...
No files found, exiting

But when I try to upload the current folder recursively:

enquestor@fedora:~/Downloads$ immich upload --ignore **/*.MOV --recursive ./
Crawling for assets...
Checking files | ████████████████████████████████████████ | 100% | ETA: 0s | 1/1 assets
Found 0 new files and 1 duplicate
All assets were already uploaded, nothing to do.

This is a duplicate so the file isn't uploaded, but if it wasn't a duplicate it would be.
Am I doing anything wrong? Or is the --ignore option bugged here?
