The bug

Upon logging in, for instance, the mobile photo album contains 400 photos, but the mobile app indicates that only 197 non-duplicate photos are being uploaded in total. Moreover, upon careful observation, it seems that photos taken before a certain date are not being uploaded.

I have logged out of the current account on the mobile app and logged in again, but the situation remains the same.
After relogging, when you tap the upload button on the mobile app page, the following is displayed:
A total of 168
Backup 466..
Remaining 0.
