The bug

While attempting to upload a number of photos and movies, the immich CLI yields the error below. If run with the "--dry-run" option the files are "processed" successfully, assuming because the dry run doesn't actually try to open the files.

$ immich upload --recursive /mnt/somepath/Photos/PhotoLibrary/
░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░░ | 0% | ETA: 0s | 0/37.9 GB: /mnt/somepath/Photos/PhotoLibrary/104.JPG
file:///usr/local/lib/node_modules/@immich/cli/dist/index.js:22290
      assetData: new File([await fs__default.openAsBlob(this.path)], basename(this.path)),
                     ^

Reproduction steps

1. Attempt to upload files as shown in the bug description.

Additional information

Node.js version: 18.19.0

The file shown in the bug description "104.JPG" is the first file encountered if the directory is sorted by filename. I gather this means the CLI fails on the first attempted file and that no files are processed prior to the error being thrown.

I have checked read/write permissions and all seems in order.
