The bug

I uploaded 35k photos to a new install. Most of them imported with proper dates, but there's a very large number (~4-5k) that imported with no dates in the field

There is a lot of metadata in the actual image

As you can see there is no date shown in Immich, however the date for all these thousands of photos is showing as 3/13/2019. This is a date where I moved a ton of files to this drive I'm guessing, so it's showing as the creation or modification date. Shouldn't Immich be reading from the metadata of the file, not the creation or modification dates?
