Uploading DNG files from the web doesn't seem to work. The uploading dialog box does show up, but nothing actually gets imported. (Does not show up in the upload folder either.)

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Go to web app.
Click on upload.
Select a DNG file.
Wait for nothing to show up.

Expected behavior
Image should be imported correctly.

Additional context
Default make dev-new runtime.
