The bug

When backing up iPhone 12 Pro album via Immich iOS app (1.91.4 build.132), certain photos raise an error in AssetService - e.g. "Unsupported file type IMG_0707.largeThumbnail". The photos themselves are unable to be shared from the iPhone via the Photos app. When I attempt to share these files, iOS rejects it and shows error message "Unable to share. There was an error while preparing to share." So this seems like an iOS problem, but this iOS problem halts the entire backup. It would be very helpful if the errors were logged and the backup still continued with the remainder of the files.

The phone was running out of space, so iOS was probably choking on all the image creation process somewhere.

I use iPhone 12 Pro as well and often capture portrait mode but I never trigger the largeThumbnail creation

Perhaps close this one and re-open if needed?

Just searched online for ios .largeThumbnail and wasn't able to find too much information pertaining to standard iphone use and this file type.
