Current Behaviour

The backup icon in the upper right-hand corner of the app (cloud with up arrow), displays the smaller cloud with slash icon indefinitely. Upon tapping the icon and returning to the main view the smaller icon will disappear.

Expected Behavior

The backup icon would load without the smaller (cached?) or at least update after a while and not require opening the view.

2. View backup icon
3. Wait a reasonable amount of time to see icon doesn't update
4. Tap backup icon
