Hi.
When I try to calibrate the sticks on my DualShock 4 V2, I get the error message seen in this screenshot:

In other issues I saw, that you want people to check other versions of your tool, linked on this site: https://the.al/ds_history/, so I already did that. For version 2.15 and every version below that, I get this messagebox instead of the error:

For versions 2.16 to 2.19, I get the error seen in the first screenshot.
If you need any further information, just let me know.

Thank you for reporting this, we'll investigate it soon. Can you try to reboot the controller and see if the error persists?
Is the controller being used by apps/ps4 while calibrating? e.g. PS4 powered on and controller connected, or some software on the computer that is using it

Hey there and merry christmas.
Sadly I had to find out, that my controller is indeed a fake and not an original one, even though it was explicitedly sold as original.
Therefore there is no bug in your software and this issue can be closed. Sorry, I didn't think about closing this issue right away, when I noticed the controller to be a fake.
