I keep getting an error message saying "Stick calibration failed: Error 1" whenever I attempt to calibrate stick center. I have rebooted the website and my controller and the error still persists.

Can you give more details on your controller? A screenshot of the "Info" tab would help.

I am using a Deltaco Gaming GAM-169-T controller, which has no issues connecting to my PC via cable connection. I can not provide you with a screenshot of the info tab at the moment.

Only official Sony DUALSENSE controler is supported.

You can try with a different cable. If the problem persists, it means that the controller bypasses the "original"/"clone" check but does not support calibration as almost all the clones
